What's Oracle Chat?

Oracle Chat is a chat bot for your Website, LMS, or Community Platform.  It can hold helpful, life-like, conversations with your users.

Why use Oracle Chat?

Oracle Chat leans on UBE’s Oracle technology, which means it understands the content of your documents.

For example, you could put the chatbot into an LMS Course, and upload all course documents into it.  The bot is then knowledgeable about everything in those documents, and is thus able to help your learners with information from those documents.

It also supports different contexts of knowledge, so each course could have a different chatbot, which only understood the information from that course.  –Or, you could have a client chatbot separate from an administrative chatbot, each able to respond appropriately to the target audience.
